Another easy soup with squid.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients. I have mushrooms in preparation for the soup, so do not specify a number. You can use any, to your taste.

Boil water. Cut the potatoes into strips, rinse and put in boiling water. Season with salt and cook until soft. Put the mushrooms and cook until the potatoes are done. Carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry. Squid cut into strips.

Put carrots and Bay leaves and bring to boil. Now, put the squid, bring to a boil and immediately remove.
