Chicken soup with corn
Easy, delicious soup on chicken broth with the addition of canned corn

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cooking

Rinse fillet in cold water, peel the vegetables. Fillet put in the water with the addition of peas allspice. Send on fire.

Cut the potato. I usually cut small, almost like Olivier :)

Finely chop the onion, fry until transparent

Add to it grated (chopped, as you like) carrots. Passeruem a few minutes.

When the meat is cooked (30-40 minutes), remove it from broth, cut into pieces. Take out and throw away pots of pepper.

Send back to the broth, meat, and potatoes and corn (no juice). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Allow to simmer for 7-10 minutes. Then put it into the broth of our refills, and Bay leaf.

After 10 minutes the soup is ready! You can add greens. BON APPETIT!!!
