Cooking
Cook potatoes the easy way for you to boil or bake. I potatoes baked in foil for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180*
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
To the sifted flour add the salt, yeast, grated potatoes, pour water and knead the dough. (I kneaded in CP)

Coming up the dough a good punch down, shape into a ball (or loaf) and put in greased with vegetable oil form. (or on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper) Cover with a towel and leave for second rise for 35-40 minutes.

Bake bread in preheated oven to 200 degrees 35-40 minutes. (focus on your oven) to Check the readiness by tapping on the bottom crust - if the sound is dull, the bread is ready.
