Tortillas with chicken-vegetable filling
Delicious and easy to make tortillas, stuffed with chicken and vegetables. The pumpkin gives the bread a nice sweet flavor. Hot cakes even tastier!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Pumpkin

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

In a heated pan with vegetable oil, put the slices of meat. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add to the meat grated carrot, finely sliced onion and bell pepper. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Fry on medium heat until tender.

Knead the dough from flour, butter, salt and water. The dough should be soft and elastic.

To the prepared chicken and vegetable mass, add to taste pepper, seasoning for chicken (or favorite spices) and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Then grind everything in a blender and add pumpkin puree. Mix well, optionally add salt.

Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll out a thin tortilla, spread 2-3 tablespoons of the filling. Put the same cake, trim the edges. Either put the stuffing at one edge and close to others in the form of "Crescent".

Fry the tortillas in a dry hot pan, on medium heat, for 2-3 minutes on each side. You can add a little oil for frying, or fry in deep fat.
