Abaldenny delicious salad. Even opposers of the eggplants will be delighted.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

  • Greens

Eggplants cut into roundels about 1-1,5 cm, a little prisolit, you put them in a bowl and put under a press to give juice. They are then washed, promacot with a napkin and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
