Cooking
Eggplants cut into roundels about 1-1,5 cm, a little prisolit, you put them in a bowl and put under a press to give juice. They are then washed, promacot with a napkin and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Carrots cut small strips (like Xe) and prigrevaet lightly in vegetable oil, tomatoes cut into slices, bell pepper cut into strips, finely chop garlic, dill and parsley finely chop.
Now all stacked layers (preferably in transparent crockery – it looks just class!): eggplant - carrot - greens
- peppers - tomatoes, etc. until the end of the components. Allow to stand, better night in the fridge.
