Once upon a time, I found this recipe on the Internet and... forgot about it. But the other day when I read their Talmud stumbled on it and remembered, and really wanted fried potatoes and even stuffing. The dish is cooked very quickly and eaten even faster. Come, I'll buy you a drink.

Cooking
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Garlic RUB on a grater (or skip through the press).
In a deep frying pan heat the oil and sauté the ground beef together with onion. Salt, add spices, stir.
Add the potatoes, stir and fry over medium heat for 5-7 min.
While the potatoes roast, prepare the sauce: in warm water dilute tomato paste, add garlic, stir.
Pour the sauce into the pan, mix well, turn down the gas fire to minimum and simmer the potatoes with the meat about 20 minutes with the lid closed. Optionally sprinkle the potatoes with herbs.
