Jam from rose hip pulp
As usual, in August-September with large hips do all sorts of workpiece. Decided to share with you, but quickly turned only with jam, the rest of the preparation could only take a picture! Now everything is ready, and several recipes waiting for the release of "into the light"! The first will be a jam from rose hips pulp!

Ingredients

The rose hips collected in thick gloves to protect hands from thorns and prickles.

Take 2 kg of fruit. After treatment get we need 1 kg of rose hips.

Fruit to touch, remove everything unnecessary, cut in half and remove seeds. This work is performed in thin gloves. Seeds are usually discarded, but you can collect them into a separate bowl and then prepare the oil ( see the details in the recipe "Butter with rosehip seed").

The peeled fruit carefully washed, recline on a colander. Then we shift into a saucepan, pour 3 cups of water and put it on the stove.

Bring to a boil and cook until tender on a slow fire 30 minutes.

You can cook longer, until tender. And you can speed up the process and grind the fruits with a blender or food processor. Grind together with the liquid, and if the fruit drain in a colander, then that water to add when cooking.

The crushed mass is spread in a pan, add sugar and mix well.

Stirring, bring to a boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes on slow fire, stir and make sure the jam is not burnt! Hot spread into dry sterilized jars and close with lids. Then flip over and wrap until cool. Store in a cool place.
