Pea soup
The soup was prepared by random whim, without looking at any recipes. It turned out yummy! Seventeen-month-old daughter appreciated the "cheers", ate the whole bowl of soup. And recipe, meanwhile, is quite simple.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Crackers

    50 g

  • Sausage

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • A bouillon cube

Cooking

A glass of dry peas need to be soaked for swelling. Then put it in a pan to soup and cook until tender in a small amount of water.

When the peas have to be almost cooked, put sliced potatoes

and carrot slices.

Add the onions, simply split into quarters. And cook all vegetables until soft.

When the vegetables are ready, the whole mass along with the peas, pour into a blender or food processor.

Garlic finely chop

and add to the soup in a blender. Grind into a puree.

Ready puree return to the pan, add a little water,

cubes of chicken or other broth

salt, spices and a little proverjaem.

And for a taste of sausage cooked right in the soup.

Serve with sour cream, croutons, greens and diced sausages. Very tasty! Bon appetit!
