Salad-cocktail with shrimps
Simple but very tasty salad with an interesting dressing. Perfect for the holiday table. Very easy to batch filing.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

  • Whiskey

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

The products required. If shrimp are raw, they must be boiled for 1-1,5 minutes in water with Bay leaf and white wine. Mayonnaise I usually make myself using a recipe from the site.

Cooking pink sauce. Mayonnaise, ketchup, a few drops of Tabasco, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of whiskey, salt, pepper - mix and put in refrigerator until the time of filing of the salad. In different places this sauce is called and prepares a little differently, in Spain it is called salsa Rosa.

Avocado cut in half, get the seeds and pulp into cubes.
