Salad of smoked chicken legs
Hello, this is my first recipe on the website. Our family is preparing this salad for every holiday and is always eaten first.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

I usually marinate the onions to get rid of bitterness. Pour boiling water over the chopped onions for 5 minutes. Drain the boiling water and cover with cold water, add 1H. spoon of salt, 1ch. L. sugar, 1/2H. spoons of black pepper, 1-2st. a spoon of vinegar. To allow to stand.
