Lazy cheesecake with seasonal orientation meeting
The cheesecakes on the weekends I have my husband cooks and I try not to interfere in the process. But today, entering the kitchen, I saw my husband with a sad kind of set on the stove three pans... Now on the street terrible heat, and to stand at the stove not the best thing, so... I ran a standard dough for cheesecakes immersion blender and baked in the form in the oven. A great option for both heat and for young Housewives and just - great!!! And since now is the season for raspberries, then I filed our cheesecake with raspberry and sour cream five minutes. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    950 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Raisins

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

Cooking

Mix in a convenient bowl cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and flour and break all immersion blender until smooth. I use a gentle homemade cheese and the whole process took me a couple of minutes.

Add, if desired, raisins. Raisins I just washed and slightly dried. Mix well. To include a warming oven 180*.

Thoroughly butter a baking dish. I have a form 28 see Pour the batter into the form.

I like to sprinkle on top of cheese cakes almond. Such amount takes only 30 g of petals.

Bake cheesecake 1 hour. After 10 minutes I lowered the temperature to 150*. Be guided by Your oven!!!

For five minutes I fall asleep enumerated raspberries with sugar and set overnight in the fridge. Morning or afternoon sent the raspberries with the sugar in a suitable container in the microwave for 5 minutes at a power of 900 watts. The cheesecake is ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
