Cooking
In a saucepan with the vegetable and butter. Mushrooms clean and cut into plates. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
The mushrooms, remove from heat and then fry the finely chopped onion.
Mix the flour with red pepper. Each piece of liver obvestil in this mixture and lay out on the bow. Add a little water and simmer until almost cooked 7-10 minutes.
In another saucepan combine the wine, tomato paste, diced tomatoes and boil for 5 minutes.
To the liver add the mushrooms and the sauce. Here begins the work. You need to bring sauce to taste. From the wine it will become sour, so added sugar. To enhance the taste of mushroom seasoning. Boil for another 5-7 minutes until cooked. In the end, add finely chopped garlic.
