Bigos in a pot
Autumn - time to harvest. And it's time to cook in the pot delicious, fresh gathered vegetables. I suggest to you and to the contest "Autumn tango" a dish that I love and cook very long.

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

  • Onion

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

Prepare products. Just want to note that all of the vegetables collected by me in their own garden, and the mushrooms - husband in the woods.
