Carrots, marinated olives and cranberries
A wonderful appetizer of pickled carrots with olives and cranberries. Fragrant, bright and super-vitamin!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Cranberries

    7 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

Carrots to grate on cucumbers, add the olives and cranberries.

Snack salt, pepper, add sugar and lemon juice, diluted with cold boiled water. Mix well, cover the container with starter cover and leave to marinate for 1-1. 5 hours. Periodically a snack you flip it. Then pour in the olive oil, add pressed garlic, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Before serving, stir and pour onto a plate. Optionally, you can sprinkle toasted sesame seeds. Delicious and very vitamin!
