Adjika
This wonderful and delicious recipe I got from my husband's godmother. At first glance, the recipe is very simple and it even seemed that the classic. But as I have not tried the recipes adzhika - this is the most delicious. For her sake, I even refused his favorite - adjika with apples.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

Cooking

1 Cup vinegar, 1 Cup sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt to boil (salt brine)

3-4 PC. bitter pepper and 2 kg of sweet mince and pour in the boiling brine, bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

3 kg of tomatoes to mince and pour in boiling the peppers with the brine. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Finally, add the garlic, or skip through a meat grinder or using a garlic crusher. And give to simmer for another 10 minutes.
