Cooking
Every piece of chicken fillet cut lengthwise into two parts. Marinate (salt, pepper, herbes de Provence, juice of 1/3-1/2 of a lemon) and leave for 30 minutes. Then fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Cut into long slices.
The salad is served a La carte. On a plate lay out: - lettuce (tear with hands) - string beans - the slices of chicken and carrots in Korean
- eggs - tomato (both cut into "slices").
Then add the mayonnaise and sprinkle with croutons (better, of course, prepared independently).
The final touch is grated Parmesan! Bon appetit!
Salad can be submitted in another way: spread on lettuce leaves with rings, sprinkle with croutons and Parmesan cheese, garnish with slices of tomato (but good to add grated Parmesan in the salad).
And if you want, you can apply and at the end - still looks very cool (you can cut large cubes).
