Cooking
RUB the eggs with sugar, salt
Add grated cheese, soda slaked vinegar.
Add the flour.
Knead a soft dough
Apples peel and midway and grate on a coarse grater. Cut the dough into small portions and flatten them. Arrange the apples in the middle.
Roll into small balls.
Sunflower oil to heat in a deep frying pan, put the balls very closely. When one side is browned, flip.
