The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "light cake "snowflake" - a Dessert with curd cream and a juicy cherry" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Preheat oven to 180 g. separate Eggs into yolks and whites. RUB the butter with 100 g sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg yolks and milk. To combine flour, starch and baking powder. Add to egg mixture.
In shape with a diameter of 26 see bake 2 thin cake layer, dividing the dough in half. Beat egg whites, gradually powdering 150 g of sugar. One of the cakes spread the beaten egg whites and place in the oven and bake for 10 -12 min.
Soak gelatine. Curd grind with the remaining sugar and lemon juice. Swollen gelatin overcome, to dissolve in a small amount of warm water and to enter into cottage cheese. Refrigerate for 15 minutes (I did not).
Whip cream, mix with cottage cheese mass. Korzh put in the ring, put the cheese cream on top of peach pieces, cover the cake with meringue and put in the fridge for 4 hours.
At the end sprinkle the cake with icing sugar and decorate with mint. Fresh mint leaves though its way out from under the layer of "snow" of powdered sugar.
