Description

Fish fillet in potato batter
Tender, juicy fish coated in potato.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into portion pieces, add salt, add spices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Potatoes, wash, peel, grate on a coarse grater.

Add the egg and flour, mix thoroughly.

Fish breaded in potato batter (densely pressing).

Fry both sides in heated pan with vegetable oil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook until ready (about 30 minutes).
