The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user of NAYADA called "Mushrooms under a fur coat" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Mushrooms wash, cut into plates.
Onions cut
Fry mushrooms with onions. Salt, pepper. Evaporate the liquid, browned and ready.
Cucumbers small cubes.
Put on a plate mushrooms, cucumbers. Layers.
Sprinkle grated on a fine grater eggs.
Sauce: sour Cream add salt and garlic (via chesnokodavilku).
Pour salad sauce.
Sprinkle with grated on a fine grater cheese. Ready. The salad really turns out very tender and tasty.
