Potato soup
This soup was cooked by my grandmother, and now mother cooks and I cook. Very fast, simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Meat

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

Cook the broth of beef with bone (1.5 hours), strain the broth, remove the meat, separated from bones, cut into.

Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.

Onion peeled and cut into thin half-rings, carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Broth bring to a boil and immediately lower the potatoes. When it boils, drop into boiling soup with onions and carrots.

Cook until potatoes are done. Add meat, bring to a boil. Little dosolit to taste. All the soup is ready! Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs. Due to the fact that the bow throws into the boiling broth and cooked for a long time, in the soup it is NOT FELT!
