Soup-puree of lentils
I want to introduce you, dear cooks my favorite recipe. Not difficult to prepare and quick result. The soup turns out with a nice rich vegetable taste, sweet, hearty and delicious. I invite you to treat yourself.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Celery root

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pasta

  • Water

    1 l

Our products. In a saucepan, poured 1 liter of water.

The washed lentils, the peeled carrot, onion and celery ( cut them into four pieces) pour cold water in the amount of one liter and put on the fire. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes. Five minutes before the end of cooking, put salt and black pepper.

Take out from the broth the vegetables with a slotted spoon. This step is optional.

Cooked lentils (with carrots and onions) wipe through a sieve or beat with a blender.

Add to the soup boiled pasta, bring to the boil.
