Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins put in the refrigerator, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar for 15 min.
Add flour, baking powder, zest, salt, carefully knead it.
Whisk chilled whites in the stable foam.
Add the whipped whites into the rest of the mass, very carefully stir it turns out light, airy dough. Pour in the form greased with oil, bake at 180 deg. for about 40 - 45 minutes.
Turns out that's a sponge cake with lemon aroma. When cool, cut it into two layers.
Do cottage cheese. Beat butter at room temperature, then add the cheese and whisk again as it should. Add powdered sugar and whisk.
Cut smaller fruits (or dried fruits), rasp chocolate, add them to the cream, mix well.
Now the first layer is impregnated with half of liqueur, spread cream on top, put the second cake and impregnate his remaining liquor. The top can be decorated as you like, I have never had the time, so he just smeared chocolate spread.
Here are pieces of work. Bon appetit!
