Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Pepper

  • Grapes

    250 g

  • Lemon

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    80 g

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    20 piece

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Cut into strips the pepper.

Mix cabbage, pepper, grapes.

Add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon. Sprinkle with black pepper, stir, leave.
