Chicken
Chicken with mushrooms in wine sauce original. Light, fragrant, non-greasy dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Pieces of chicken put in a baking pan pre pouring oil into it.

There also put the mushrooms (if frozen no need to defrost).

Take dried mushrooms (forest).

Grind them into crumbs.

Take the red wine, pour back the mushroom chips, put salt, pepper, herbes de Provence. Mix everything.

Put the sauce in the form, all mix.

Cover the top with foil and put in preheated oven (on high heat). Cooking time depends on the oven, the meat should easily protectice fork. Then remove the foil, keep in oven for 5 minutes – 10.
