Lentil soup-split pea
I offer you, a hearty and delicious soup that will warm you in any weather. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    70 g

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Lentils

    3 Tbsp

  • Peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chili

Into the broth put the lentils, peas, and potatoes chopped up in arbitrary pieces. Bring to boil, cover and cook until tender peas.

For a roast: onion, carrot, bacon and sausage cut into small cubes and fry in 1 tbsp oil, until Golden brown.

Ready to sugarce add pickled cucumbers, grated on a fine grater.

Ready potatoes, lightly crush with a potato masher right in the pot. Add zazharku. Cook for another 10 minutes.

At the end add the herbs, chopped garlic and chilli.

Turn off the heat and let the soup to infuse for 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
