Soup with beans and fennel
Soup with beans and fennel (FAVATA). Incredible yummy. Husband loved it, I ate it with great pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Sausages

    3 piece

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Fennel

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Sage

    6 piece

  • Mint

  • Parsley

To start prepare the ingredients to have everything at hand. The beans must soak overnight.

Drain the water, beans, pour fresh, bring to the boil in a ceramic pot under the lid, drain and again cover with cold (so the beans will cook faster). Bring to a boil, drain, pour the broth and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the bacon strips, sausages - slices.

Onions and garlic peel, finely chopped.

To prepare mint and sage. I could not find fresh sage, even on the market. Long thought, what to do: take a dry or replace something. Decided to replace the rosemary.

Fennel cut lengthwise and then across into thin slices, broccoli disassemble into small florets. Tomatoes cut into strips.

In frying pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil and fry the onions, garlic and mint until soft.

Add a sprig of rosemary.

Pour sausage and bacon, add the tomatoes and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes. Put into a pot.

Add the broccoli, fennel, salt, pepper, cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
