Carrots and onions cut into strips.
Sauté carrots and onions in oil.
Fresh cabbage slice into strips.
Pickles peel, cut into slices. Cucumber pickle boil and strain.
In boiling broth put cabbage, bring to the boil, add the potatoes. After 5 minutes, add the browned carrots and onions, cucumbers. Season with spices and cook until tender. Finished season with pickle brine and herbs.
