Cooking
Time are subject to a cooking broth. Boil the broth, cool to lukewarm. Beat the yolks with a fork adding the vinegar.
Dilute the egg yolks in the broth.
In a deep saucepan melt 25gr of butter, add the flour and stirring constantly, quickly fry to a light yellow color.
Gradually, stirring well to avoid lumps, pour the skillet broth with yolks, add ginger, saffron, salt. Stirring constantly, it's good to warm the soup but do not boil. Add the remaining oil and let stand 15 minutes.
