Spicy ketchup with Antonovka
Ketchup from tomato have long to boil down to a thick sauce. We'll play our spicy ketchup cook for only 20 minutes and we get a thick, flavorful sauce due to the apples, which are rich in pectin and will add density to our sauce.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Apple

    300 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Tomatoes, apples and hot peppers cut into cubes.

Cover and simmer stirring under a lid for 15 minutes.

All grind in a blender. Can the entire mass through a sieve for a more delicate texture, but I like sauce small patches of vegetables.

In mass add grated ginger, cinnamon, paprika, ground cloves, sugar, salt and soy sauce to wok TM "Kikkoman", which will give a spicy flavor to our sauce. Stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

The sauce is delicious and thick.
