Description

Pickled radish, green onions
The radishes in this embodiment, is crisp, spicy and aromatic taste. Can be served as a snack or for decoration of dishes. Store in a cool dark place.

Ingredients

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Radishes

    200 g

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

  • Dill

    4 sprig

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion cut into rings. Parsley and dill wash and dry on a paper towel.

At the bottom of the sterilized jars put Bay leaf.

Then put the radish alternating with green onion.

At the end, add the parsley, dill, garlic, halved, allspice and pour the oil.

Mix for the marinade all the ingredients, bring to a boil, pour over the radishes and cover with a lid.

In a deep pot put a clean rag on top to put the jar with the radishes, pour hot water on the belt the banks. When water in pot comes to a boil, sterilizing for 10 minutes. Then roll up. Bon appetit!
