Greek salad Italian
This salad here in Italy are very fond of and, as it is rich in ingredients that can replace lunch or dinner, and can also be a wonderful addition to the holiday table.. sometimes I make myself this dish (a small amount) after a workout in the gym, as it contains vitamins, fiber, saturated fats and calcium... and sometimes we just cook it yourself for dinner.. easy and delicious! This dish I present my friend from Greece, Yana (seemelody) Yanik, you have to like it))

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Tuna

    150 g

  • Sprouts

    200 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Tomato

    0.5 kg

  • Lettuce

    2 coup

  • Black olives

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Rinse lettuce, dry it, coarsely chop and put in large bowl (that then it was convenient to mix), add grated carrots, sliced into slices of tomatoes and mozzarella (or cheese) and other ingredients, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Mix gently (I do this with my hands))) and put in a salad bowl. I don't add salt, because I have enough salt from the olives, tuna and other canned, but you can add a little salt.

This salad is very juicy, delicious and nutritious.. highly recommend! If you are not able to find the bean sprouts and the "palm".. without them, too delicious, and in fact, these two ingredients -"gag", I add, because I really love them. In Italian restaurants, this salad called "Insalata Greca" ("insalata Greca"), and in my house - just a salad)))
