Brownies with marshmallows
In the American kitchen so many easy recipes with predictable excellent results. This chocolate brownie with the air cap of stringy marshmallows are one of them.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    150 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Marshmallows

    200 g

Cooking

Any cookies grind into crumbs using a food processor

Pour in the melted butter, whisk again

Tamp the crumb in shape with a diameter of 20x20 cm with high sides. Bake for 15 minutes at T 180C until Golden.

Smash cream in hot chocolate, stir to combine.

Add the flour, baking powder, powdered sugar Haas, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar Haas, whisk again.

Pour chocolate into baked base and send in the oven for 15 minutes.

On brownie tightly lay a marshmallow

And again send in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until light brown colour of the tops of the marshmallows.
