Cooking
To separate the protein from the yolk. The yolk is whipped with 4 tbsp sugar and vanilla. Add the softened butter, again whisk. Dissolve coffee in warm milk and pour a thin stream into the prepared mixture, whisking continuously. Add coconut and flour, mix well.
Cold protein vzbit in dense lush foam, gradually powdering 1 tablespoon of sugar. Whipped protein, add cooked ground coconut and stir gently from top to bottom.
Put the dough wet teaspoon on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Lightly sprinkle cocoa.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
