Cupcake with cranberries and candied

  • Margarine

  • Sour cream

    180 g

  • Semolina

  • Cranberry

  • Candied

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

Margarine at room temperature vzbit with sugar until white. Add the eggs and beat until smooth.

Add the semolina and sour cream, whisking very long.

Add baking powder and flour. Quickly knead the dough. You can use the mixer, but not more than 15 seconds. To the dough add finely chopped candied fruit and dried cranberries ( can substitute raisins). Cranberry pre-soak is not necessary. Mix the dough thoroughly.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and put the dough. Send a cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
