Buns with meatballs
A hearty dinner, flavorful snack, succulent appetizer - all very tasty buns from yeast dough with mini-meatballs and your favorite sauce!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Prepare yeast dough on a favorite recipe (I used x/p, the mode "the Dough") with butter TM milieu. Flour may need more/less depending on its density and quality, the dough should be moderately steep.

While the dough rises, to the mince add the finely chopped onion, salt to taste and spices, the ones you usually put to burgers. Form of minced meat small balls the size of a tennis ball, roll balls in flour and fry in butter on both sides.

The dough should be firm, almost to stick to the surface of the lush. Divide the dough into equal pieces (I have 9 PCs.)

Each piece of dough to stretch into a pancake, lay the cutlet.
