Potato dumplings with vegetables and mushrooms
Who doesn't like vegetables and mushrooms? I think there is not enough))I'm here without potatoes can not)))So seek out or come up with meals out of it that would diversify our table.. and now the post.. which many follow.. but still a new, interesting contest.. )))the Contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Zucchini

  • Tomato

  • Mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Greens

  • Spices

Cooking

Potatoes boil... cool... pomogu Mash with fork... add salt.. add the chopped greens

Form the meatballs... smear of vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.. Help spatula... to make the desired shape... (I make different sizes.. Depends on the consumer's Husband.. the bigger size.. us less)))

Put in oven for 15 minutes.. baked at a temperature of 250 until Golden brown.. meanwhile... Fry onion garlic mushrooms

Zucchini and tomatoes cut...

Add in half the mushrooms... salt.. pepper.. and Tumim 10-15 minutes with the lid closed.. at the end add the greens

Our meatballs are ready... on top put a vegetable... mushroom mixture... (you Can take any veggies.. Peppers... carrots... cabbage... anything...)))Bon Appetit!!!
