Meatballs in the style of
With these cutlets recipe introduced to me by Svetulya (Svetttttt ), for which many thanks to her. Why in style - the recipe has altered by itself - not added onions, eggs and roll in breadcrumbs and added for the spice chilli. Burgers are very tasty - try?

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Beans

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sauce

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Balsamic

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pork, poultry, beans and potatoes to crank 2 times through a meat grinder. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour ice cold water gradually and beat the stuffing no less than 25 times, put aside to rest.
