Bean soup with apples and liver
Very hearty, aromatic soup with an interesting twist liver instead of meat. Apples also make unusual touch to the overall ensemble. Unexpected and very interesting.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Celery root

  • Carrots
