Description
Very easy, in all senses, soup. Prepared quickly, eaten even faster. The recipe was born spontaneously, thanks to the hunger and fresh green peas. Yet we can buy green beans, I cook this soup very often.

Cooking
Quick cooking recipe is that everything is cooked in one pot with a thick bottom. Onion peel and cut into small dice.
Fry the onions in oil mixture until Golden brown in a saucepan with a thick bottom. I love to use such a mixture for frying, but you can just vegetable oil.
Add the peas and stir, to give a stew a few moments
And then pour a glass of hot water so that the water just covers the peas, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, almost until cooked peas.
Zucchini (and not cleaned) cut into small dice. When the soup is prepared with unpeeled zucchini, then the color turns more intense.
After 10 minutes add the peas to the zucchini, mix well, add spices (salt, pepper, coriander, turmeric, Bay leaf), again mix well,
Pour the remaining water so it just covers the vegetable mixture, bring to boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Ready vegetable mixture remove from heat, pull out Bay leaf and punch a blender.
