Cooking
For the soup I took home chicken, potatoes, onion, egg, semolina from the "Mistral", a Bay leaf and salt. Water for the specified number of products - 2 liters.
Half chicken cut into pieces (not too finely).
When boiling water, lowered the meat and the whole onion. Salt. On a slow fire "was tormented" for 40 minutes.
Potatoes cut in cubes. Sent into the broth and cooked another 20 minutes.
To cook the gnocchi, whipped egg, salt a little. Monkey I took 3 tablespoons with a slide.
Gradually pour semolina into the egg, mixing thoroughly. A mixture as for pancakes.
On a heated pan with a little sunflower oil with a spoon put the semolina mixture and lightly fried on both sides (to make mini-pancakes).
These are beautiful semolina pancakes I got.
Added them to the pot. Have proverila three minutes.
Then got semolina "pancakes" out of the broth and the cookie cutter, cut out small circles. Sent them back to the pot. Allowed to boil for a few minutes. Removed from heat, added the greens. Dinner's ready! You can call the family at the table!
