This recipe is just a lifesaver, both at home and summer at the dacha, it is often my mother-in-law. Budget on products, not time-consuming preparation. Can be a complete meal, very combine with grilled meat.

Cooking
Boil potatoes in "jackets".
Warm the potatoes clean and cut into half rings. Add the finely chopped garlic.
Prepare the dressing. Take soy sauce "Kikkoman", add olive oil and mustard with the beans, stir.
Pour dressing warm potatoes with garlic, mix, leave to soak.
Onions cut arrows; celery, cucumber and marinated thin strips, onion rings.
Add potatoes to the vegetables. Sprinkle with freshly ground mixture of peppers, I these salads are not salted. Stir.
Serve salad immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped greens (I dill and parsley). Bon appetit!
