Salad
Celebrating a small family reunion and needed a salad - delicious, but which would have left a minimal amount of time. Remembered found once, and interested me in an unusual combination of ingredients in the salad. To be honest, a little apprehensive for the result, but it was very organic and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

Rinse lettuce and dry. If you use a sheet, then tear his hands to shreds. I had a mixture of several types, but the base was arugula. Put the prepared salad on a plate.

Apple, it is better to take sour-sweet or sour, wash, remove core and cut into thin slices.

Spread the apples on the salad leaves.

Fish cut into thin slices. Incidentally, with regard to fish, then in the original recipe it was offered in a smoked version. So, if you like such, then it can use it. Fish slices lay on top of the Apple.

Onions are best to use lettuce red or white. So, peel the onion and cut into thin half-rings. Place it on top of the fish.

Prepare the dressing. Lemon juice mixed with mustard and vegetable oil. I used sunflower. But in the recipe the butter is completely absent, so it can replace Your favorite; only comment: the taste should be delicate to not overshadow the taste of the salad. Mix well the filling until smooth and pour on top of salad.

Ready salad can be serve immediately on the table, it does not require time to brew.
