Apple-vanilla cake
You could even say that it's a cake! Delicious, aromatic, light, sweet, but not too much. Is done simply, without baking or any complicated manipulations. It can serve as a worthy treat for guests or a festive Sunday family treat!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    225 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Apple

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples clean, cut into not very small pieces, put in a saucepan.

Add 3/4 Cup sugar, 3/4 Cup water, lemon juice and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. I used vanilla pods. Put on the fire.

Simmer the apples on low heat. They should not turn into a mess, the juice should not evaporate completely.

In 50 ml of very hot water and dissolve gelatin.

Add it to the apples and mix well. Leaving apples aside to cool.

Cookies grind in a blender. Add the melted butter. Stir.

Lay out cookies in the shape of diameter 24 cm and press it.

When the apples cool down and will "grow heavy", put them on top of cookies. Put the form for an hour in the fridge.

Whisk in the cream.

Separately whisk cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and remaining vanilla sugar.

Combine the cream with the curd cheese, a little whisk. Weight the result is gentle. If you want it more elastic, you can add 5 g gelatine dissolved in 20 g of hot water. But we prefer the first option.

Spread the creamy mass into shape. Put into the fridge to full solidification of the dessert.
