Chicken hearts in a mushroom sauce
Recipe for lovers chicken hearts and Chinese cuisine. Fast, cheap and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vodka

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Garlic and ginger root peel and cut into thin strips. On a hot frying pan, pour vegetable oil, put chopped garlic and ginger.

As soon as the aroma of garlic and ginger, put hearts and fry on high heat for a couple minutes until it will turn brown.

Add the chopped mushrooms (fresh or frozen), stir fry for 10 minutes.

Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Add vodka or rice wine, chili pepper flakes, stir and simmer all until tender 5 minutes.

Serve chicken hearts in a mushroom sauce hot, sprinkled with fried (in a dry pan) sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
