Many older people for health reasons are forced to limit their salt intake. I offer you a recipe of a tomato without salt, sugar and vinegar.

Cooking
For starters, my good vegetables and herbs.
Peppers are cleaned from the core and cut into half rings or rings (as you like). Greens finely chop.
In a sterilized jar put the tomatoes (if large, then cut into quarters if large, then halves)alternating with pepper and herbs.
Banks sometimes shake, to get more fit.
And sent for sterilization... after the water boils, 15 minutes notice.
Turn over and wrap it up until cool. The jars are best kept in the fridge or in the cellar.
