Salad with avocado and pine nuts
Very simple and healthy salad!

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

Avocado cut lengthwise into halves, remove the pulp, cut cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings.

Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skins, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Mix carefully the ingredients of the salad, salted to taste.

To make the sauce: mix the lemon juice with mustard, add the oil and pepper. Be sure to try the sauce before the salad, you may need to add something!

Ready salad spread in the avocado halves (or bowl), pour the sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts (they can pre-fry) and serve.
