This recipe I took from the magazine "Food for the whole family." The author of the recipe - Xenia Klintcova. Very easy, healthy and delicious salad with an amazing taste. Try it - you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    0.5 kg

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Seasoning

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

In a frying pan with olive oil lightly fry the garlic clove so that the oil has absorbed the flavor. Remove the garlic and put in sauce pan boiled, peeled shrimp.

Season with salt and pepper, add a little seasoning for seafood. Pour the wine, simmer for 3 minutes and turn off the heat. While preparing the salad, the shrimp and let marinate in the marinade from the frying.

Avocado, mango, cucumber, cheese, celery and lettuce finely cut into cubes.
