Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Mascarpone

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Apricot

    12 piece

Butter room temperature beat with a mixer, add 2/3 of the sugar. Beat. Add the vanilla sugar and whisk. Separate the yolks from the whites. One by one add the 3 egg yolks. Beat.

Flour mixed with baking powder. Proteins remaining sugar and beat to a foam.

To the oil-egg mixture add 2st. spoon of flour, 2st. spoon beaten egg whites and mix with a spatula. And so until the flour and whites.

Prepare the stuffing. Separate the yolk from the white. Mix the mascarpone and yolk. Mix well.

Protein vzbit with sugar. Add to mascarpone. mix well.

Wash apricots and cut in half. Bone to remove.

Form into muffins, be Sure to coat with oil. Spread each muffin with one tablespoon of the dough. Spread on top half of an apricot, flatten.

In each half of the apricot spread little by little filling.

Cover with other half apricot.

Now, cover the apricots with dough. You can put a spoonful of batter, I filled a pastry bag with dough. So arbitrarily squeezed the dough on top.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 35 - 40 minutes. Allow to cool in tins.
