Cooking

step-0
First prepare the dough: mix warm water, yeast and flour. Mix well. The bowl cover with cling film and leave for 10 hours at room temperature. After 10 hours the dough will look like this...
step-1
In warm milk dissolve the sugar and salt, add the vegetable oil and stir.
step-2
Pour the milk mixture into the yeast mixture and mix well with a mixer.
step-3
In a large bowl sift the flour and add the yeast. Pour the liquid ingredients and knead soft dough. You can do it manually, and you can use the kneading. Knead for about 10 minutes.
step-4
The obtained dough in a clean bowl, cover with cling film and leave to a quiet place to rise for 1.5-2 hours. After 2 hours, the dough has visibly increased in volume.
step-5
Put it on the work surface, lightly dusted with flour, punch down and roll out into a thin layer.
step-6
Fold in half 4 times. Cover with a towel and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
step-7
Then again roll out the dough, brush with soft butter and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
step-8
Roll it up and cut into "washers" with a width of 1-1.5 see Lay them on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for another 1.5 hours.
step-9
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rolls grease eggs, lightly beaten with milk.
step-10
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until Golden brown. The finished rolls lay out on a wire rack and cool.
step-11
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and, if desired, slightly melted chocolate (I have chocolate sauce).
